Harald & Susann Hemming.

Harald Hemming
CO-Founder
Harald Hemming is an expert with a 28+ year successful track record of leading operations excellence and solutions engineering programmes (with focus on logistics and supply chain management) across multi-national and complex environments. His industry sector experience includes the diverse fields of 3PL Logistics, Automotive, Industrial, Pharma and others with a focus on optimization of existing as well as implementation of new operations. Previously, he held senior management positions at Kuehne + Nagel, where he initially built and lead Operations Technology and Solutions Engineering division and later the Production Excellence from launch to organizational maturity, leading large multinational global expert teams. Before that, he held operational and management positions at Birkart Group and elix Logistics.
Harald finished his Industrial Engineering studies at University of Karlsruhe and continued as research assistant at University of Erlangen-Nürnberg where he participated in the PhD Seminar. He has an executive management certificate from Cranfield School of Management.

Susann Hemming
CO-Founder
Susann Hemming is a certified technical designer for the mechanical engineering industry. After her degree as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Applied Sciences in Esslingen/Neckar she worked for different companies in the fields of CAD, warehouse layout design, software consulting and implementation of ERP systems for European customers. Next to the “family management” she gives on a voluntary basis lessons in technical subject & mathematics to young adult refugees in Switzerland.
